Some talk about rape of the mountains, the others are happy that they, too, have the opportunity to climb summits. On the via ferrata divide the spirits. However, in the Sesto Dolomites there are some very
worthwhile via ferratas, from the Roghelweg, which requires no fear of heights, surefootedness and endurance, to the moderately difficult Zandonella via ferrata, the Rotwandspitze, the well-known Alpiniweg,
the path of peace across the Bodenknöten to the Paternkofel, to the relatively short Toblingern knot, but with its ladder platform has to offer a suspended and challenging ascent.
We want to take a closer look at some of these climbing routes.
